Beginning May 15, USD 252 schools are changing their COVID Mitigation Strategies. Below are some of the key changes: Masks are Highly Recommended, but not required for students and staff Social Distancing will still be applied, wherever possible Screeners and Temperature Checks will no longer be required at entry or on the busses for students Many of our mitigation strategies regarding sanitation will remain in place

Southern Lyon County Schools will be closed on Tuesday, February 16th due to extreme wind chills and the possibility of rolling blackouts. Daycare is also closed. All practices and school activities are also canceled. There will be no remote instruction. Please see our Facebook page for more information on possible power outages.

Due to inclement temperatures and the condition of county roads, there will be no 21st Century activities after school on February 9, 2021.

Jaguars- This is our final push for the United Way! Please have your students bring every sofa coin you can find tomorrow to finish our Penny War strong. Winning class gets a pizza party on Friday!

Update: HHS Boys Basketball game against Madison tonight, Dec 15th has been postponed to a later date due to COVID concerns.
