FREE meals will be served at Neosho Rapids Elementary to children ages 1-18. Meals are available from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. This program is for children only. Today's regional baseball game has been moved to Humbolt. SLC will play 25 minutes after the conclusion of the 2:00pm game.

Infinite campus is experiencing intermittent problems with displaying correct fee balances in the parent portal. This is a system-wide Infinite Campus issue that they are working to find a solution. Please be patient as we wait for for them to resolve the issue.

Hartford and Neosho Rapids students were presented the 2021 Challenge Award by our state board of education representative Ben Jones today. We are proud to be recognized for our efforts in state testing last year and hope to receive another challenge award next year!

Due to inclement weather, Southern Lyon County schools will have a 2 hour delay this morning, March 10 with busses running accordingly. Child care will open at 9:15 and school doors will open at 9:30 with classes beginning at 10AM.

With respect to masking on school buses, please note the following from the CDC and acknowledged by KSDE: Effective February 25, 2022, CDC is exercising its enforcement discretion to NOT REQUIRE that people wear masks on buses or vans operated by public or private school systems, including early care and education/child care programs.
Effective Immediately, masks on school transportation are recommended, but not required.
