In the spring of 2012 the Board of Education approved the purchase of MacBooks and iPads to begin our One-to-One technology program. All Early Start through 12th grade teachers were provided a MacBook and an iPad. All 7th to 12th grade students were furnished an 11" MacBook Air, with the Jr. High students storing theirs on a cart overnight. High School students were allowed to take their MacBooks home, provided their parents signed the consent form, and the insurance fee was paid. In the Elementary schools, the 5th and 6th grade students were each provided with an iPad, which was stored on a cart. There are also carts of iPads for the lower grades to share.
