The month of December went exceptionally well for the Olpe Lady Eagles. Starting back at the beginning of the month, the team took first place in the Yates Center Tournament with wins over Bluestem, South Haven, and Neodesha. After the tournament, league play began with wins over SCC, Lebo, and Burlingame. The girls enter January with an overall record of 6-1, and a league record of 3-0. There are four games remaining before the week of Lyon County League (January 22-29) in Emporia. One of those four games will be at home on January 12 against Madison.
