At the beginning of December, Mr. Stice and Mr. Scott hosted the 5th-12th grade Winter Program for the community. Band students played pieces such as O Holy Night, Up on the Housetop, and Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas. There was even the new addition of a Steel Band by JW & Amber S. The duet played Silent Night and We Wish You A Merry Christmas on the steel drums. 5th and 6th grades and HS Choir students sang a collection of songs including Once Upon A December, Let it Snow, and Jingle Bells. At the end of the program, the audience was invited to
join in on the song Peace, Peace.
Along with the 5th-12th grade program, Mr. Stice and Mr. Scott also hosted the K-4th grade program. Over the course of the evening, students sang a selection of songs including Mele Kalikimaka, Once Upon a Christmastime, Hip Hop Elves, and It’s Great to be a Kid on Christmas. All students ended the concert with the song Night of Stars/Silent Night.
