Alumni News:

If you graduated from Olpe High School in the 70s, 80s or 90s we need your help! Keep reading.

As we wander the hallways of Olpe High, we've often wondered why there are no photos of graduates. Most schools have senior composites hanging on their walls which remind students of the history of their school. Beginning with the class of 2000, the students decided to start the tradition of having senior composites made. We are in the process of getting those hung in our new commons area.

What a nice surprise when a custodian remembered seeing some old senior composites in a closet. Some were still in their original packaging and had never been unwrapped. These are from the 1950s and 1960s. If you were at the alumni banquet last summer, you saw these on display. The students are planning to hang these composites, too.

But what about the 30 years of missing photos? We would like to hang composites for those classes, too. If you are interested in putting together a composite of your graduating class, please contact Debbie Redeker @ djredeker@usd252.org . You will need to locate a senior photo of each graduate. Mrs. Redeker can give you information about businesses that can help you get the photos made into a composite board.
