Health Requirements for School
School Physicals
All Early Start and Kindergarten students must have a health physical by the first day of school.
Out of state students, regardless of grade level, require a health physical.
All examinations must take place after May 1 of the present year.
Immunizations
All students must have updated immunizations. All Kindergarten students must have:
- 5 DTP
- 4 Polio
- 2 MMR
- 3 Hepatitis B
- 2 Varicella (Chicken Pox)
