Enrollment
Parents, here are the steps you need to take to enroll your child at Olpe Elementary.
1. Bring the completed enrollment form to the school office. Click here to print the form.
2. Pay for
- textbook/enrollment fees
- meals and snack milk
- headphones for computer lab
3. If your child is required to take medication at school, they must have paperwork from your doctor.
4. New students must bring the following paperwork:
- Kansas Physical
- Up-to-Date Immmunization Record
- State Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
5. Out-of-district students must submit an out-of-district request form every year. This application must be approved by the board of education prior to your child attending school here. Click here to print this form.
